I've trained my little monkey!

From Aril26 2009

Last night while I was watching a movie I asked Jaden if he wanted to brush my hair. He went into my bathroom and brought out all my hair stuff and started combing my hair. I love it! He even wanted to curl my hair with the curling iron. that hurt, but it was cute that he wanted to try.

Bountiful Baskets!

From April 19 2009

My sister Liz told me about this and it is the best thing since sliced bread. Every other Saturday Bountiful Baskets delivers for you a basket full of fresh fruits and veggies and get his for only $15.00. I went for my first time this Saturday with my mom who also orders and we got all that food up above. It's so awesome. They also do other things like Breads, and they have occasional stuff like an Italian basket or a Mexican basket where there's a bunch of foods that you would use to make those kinds of meals. For food storage they will also offer items in bulk like apples and strawberries. I love it. When I got home I cut up all my fruit and have it down in the fridge so if Jaden gets hungry he can open up the fridge and have fresh cut fruits like strawberries, Pineapple, carrots, celery, cucumbers, grapes and more.

I made an Easter Tree!

All growing up we had an Easter tree. and I've been looking for a good one and can never find one that I really like so this year I decided to make one for myself. Jaden was home sick on Thursday so I thought that would be fun to do during the day while he played. I just hollowed out some eggs, colored them, which Jaden loved to do, and then I had gotten this pad of spring paper and went to work. It was a lot of fun and it turned out oh so cute. I could never find that tree I was looking for so I made due with a branch of spring blossoms I found at Target. Here are some pictures of my fun Easter creation.

And then I tried to copy that Rice Crispy's comercial where they made the treats and dipped them in chocolate and cute sprinkles, mine didn't turn out as cute as theirs but they sure are tasty! I'm bringing them to the family get together tonight for our Easter dinner! I hope they like them!
