I was watching Oprah the other night that I had DVR’ed and I was so exited because Dr. OZ and Oprah with a few other professionals went over beauty products and which ones are the best for you, and why.

It was so great that I thought I would share it will all of you. For Facial cleansers they named Olay Foaming Face Wash or CeraVe for Exfoliants they recommend Alpha Hydrox, Enlaneed Lotion Anti wrinkle. For Moisturizers they said you should get products that have Vitamin A, B, C and Anti Oxidants. The product they recommended was Olay Regenerist

for lips if you never want them to be chapped again at night before bed you should put on a good lip balm like Neutrogena’s Lip balm

, Derscripthes or L’Oreal lip balm. To also help turn back the time with age spots and Sun damage they recommended doing a Chemical Peal and of course using sun block all the time any age. For Acne they suggested less is more. Try to stay away from oily creams or moisturizers sorry I didn’t pay too much attention to this part because I’ve never had a problem with Acne. Foods that are really good for your skin are nuts, tomatoes salmon and pomegranate. They help the elasticity in the skin. For bags under your eyes its really fat cells and the only way to get ride of them is actually through surgery. You can temporarily decrease them by putting ice or cold cucumbers on them but it doesn’t really do much for them. With hair they mentioned putting a Charcoal water filter in your shower head to decrease the amount of chlorine that gets in your hair and weakens it. They mentioned that washing your hair every day is not good for it either because it doesn’t really need to. Try to keep your hair out of direct sun light and use a wide tooth comb when trying to brush wet hair so it doesn’t break. When styling hair flat irons should never sit on hair, they should be run through quickly as well as a high powered blow dryer to quickly get the hair dry and not the hair on it for so long. You can use a product called “Got 2 Be” to help protect your hair by reducing heat damage. Use a brush with rubber tips and be gentle with hair not to break it. By having an Omega 3 helps hair as well. For hair loss go and get a doctor check up with a blood sample most likely there is something medically wrong with you if you are loosing your hair. Foot care: try to keep nails try especially your toe nails. Funguses are commonly caused by wet feet. Expose them to the sun to help kill funguses. If you have an infection, soak your feet in vinegar. If you have Dry cracking heals you can use a product called Stridex. Rub it over your heal and then put on a lotion called Eucerin

and rub it in but socks on and sleep over night with them on and in the morning. Whala! For bad breath its bacteria in your mouth one easy fix is to get a tongue scraper and use it every time you brush your teeth. For cellulite, sorry lady’s there is no cure. Nothing will ever make that go away, so just live with it. That’s it!

Sunday Breakfast!

For Breakfast today we decided to make waffles with all these fun berries. We had Raspberries, Strawberries and Blackberries. We have really gotten into eating lots of different kinds of fruit ever since we started Bountiful Baskets.

The 4th of July!- Independance Day!

I've made it a new tradition on the 4th of July to go to IHOP for a red white and blue pancake breakfast! We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our yummy food.

We all got together at my parents house for a fun star spangle spectacular BBQ Party! We had a lot of fun taking pictures, making cookies, playing games and watching all the kids build a fort. We had a blast!
